I  launched Terra-Mar Real Estate Group in February 2005.  Worked in the mortgage industry for years and became real estate broker in 1995, so I knew the industry's strength-and weaknesses. I wanted to create a one stop service agency with a difference - the best full service real estate agency in Puerto Rico. A company where the culture was based on ethics and values, one that attracted the best listings – and the best people. A real estate agency committed to providing the best service for buyers and vendors, getting clients the best price and making the process as stress-free as possible.

My education background drived me to what Terra-Mar Real Estate is.  After four years toward a bachellor degree in Psychology ( it helped me understand the human behavior ), I decided to move to business school in which I got a bachellor degree in business administration and shortly after, I obtained a Master Degree in Labor Relations, the best combination of business management and customer service understanding.  

Prior to becoming a real estate agent, I worked for prestigious mortgage banks in the Island for twelve years. During those years,my interest in real estate emerged. I soon found myself studying the real estate service and the way I can improve it.  I left the banking to pursue my real estate dreams. It was my intention to enhance my customer service skills, real estate knowledge, and network within the largest, most succesful real estate firm in Puerto Rico.

It has always been my goal to provide excellent customer service. It has become a second nature for me, so it only makes sense to place myself into an occupation that fully utilizaes my abilities.

As a professional real estate sales agent I assist sellers in marketing their property and selling it for the highest possible price under the best terms available. When I act as Buyer's Agent with as signed agreement; I assist buyers by helping them purchase property for the best possible price under the best terms available. 

But the best desicion I have ever made, it is being a REALTOR.  The National Association of Realtors gave me all the tools I needed  to complete my capabilities for doing business in real estate. Among designations obtained through the NAR are Certified Residential Specialist (CRS),  Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), GREEN and Leadership Trainning Certification (LTA).  Assiting to Locan and National REALTOR Convention is the one of a kind source to updated yourself in all the real estate issues. Actually, I am very proud to be selected as 2010 President for a REALTOR Board in Puerto Rico that will give me the opportunity to return the Association what they did for me when I started in business, helping people do right things with the right tools.

In my interest to offer a full service real estate company in which a customer can fullfill all their needs, I hired the best capable personnel in business.  Our personnel is certified in their areas of specialization, such as, certified home inspectors, licensed broker associates and licensed civil engineers.
